FOCUS AREAS AND ACTIVITIES

Afforestation and Erosion Control

We establish field and roadside green belts, windbreaks, and erosion-control strips; and carry out site selection, species selection, planting and maintenance planning, gap replanting, and field monitoring.

Water Saving and Water Management

We develop water-efficiency programs suitable for drought conditions; prepare water budgets, measure water use, and produce saving scenarios and implementation guidelines.

Proper Use of Pressurized Irrigation Systems

We provide design–operation–maintenance trainings for drip and sprinkler systems; establish demonstration sites and offer farmer advisory support for correct pressure–flow–scheduling settings.

Protecting and Improving Soil Health

Based on soil analyses and field observations, we plan practices such as increasing organic matter, preventing erosion, and managing salinity/alkalinity; implement them through pilot plots and scale them in the field.

Protecting Soils Against Chemical Pressures (Fertilizer–Pesticide Management)

We promote the principles of correct dose–timing–method in fertilizer and pesticide use; deliver good practices that reduce residue risk, integrated pest management (IPM), and trainings on safe storage and application.

Protecting Ecosystems and Biodiversity in Agricultural Production

We support pollinator-friendly farming practices; develop flower strips, habitat improvement initiatives, wildlife corridors, and practices that increase beneficial insects.

Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation

We conduct climate risk assessments; prepare nature-based solutions, crop/rotation recommendations, and adaptation action plans for coping with heat, drought, and stress conditions.

Reducing Carbon Emissions (Low-Carbon Agriculture)

We establish pilots aimed at emission reduction through input optimization, energy efficiency, and proper irrigation; develop farm-level reduction plans and sets of good practices.

Carbon Footprint Measurement and MRV (Measurement–Reporting–Verification) Infrastructure

We calculate the carbon footprint of production processes; set up monitoring systems for regular data collection and produce impact reports in line with reporting standards.

Water Footprint and Basin-Level Sustainability

We conduct water-footprint studies at product and farm level; set water-saving targets and translate measurement and improvement plans into field applications.

Global Warming Awareness and Environmental Education

We organize training and awareness activities on climate, water, and soil for schools, villages, and producer groups; and prepare printed and digital materials.

Safe, Edible Food and Food Safety

We provide training on production practices that reduce residue risk, post-harvest hygiene, and loss reduction; and carry out initiatives that strengthen local production–consumption links.

Farmer Trainings, Field Days, and Demonstration Areas

Through a hands-on training model, we organize field days; measure results in demonstration plots and show best practices to farmers on-site.

Training and Mentoring for Young Engineering Candidates and Young Farmers

We run internships, field practice programs, project schools, and mentoring programs; strengthening young people's skills in field measurement, planning, and reporting.

Training for Foreign/Seasonal Agricultural Workers in Türkiye

With short, visual modules adapted to language and level, we deliver trainings on occupational safety, hygiene, good agricultural practices, and irrigation use.

Research, Data Collection, Monitoring, and Impact Evaluation

We collect field data (e.g., biodiversity counts, water consumption, soil indicators) and publish annual interim reports and final impact reports.

Project Development, Grant/Fund Management, and Partnerships

We prepare projects for domestic and international grant programs; and manage fund administration, procurement, reporting, and visibility processes.

Volunteering, Community Participation, and Advocacy

We build volunteer networks; organize campaigns, awareness days, and local participation meetings; and conduct advocacy for sustainable agriculture and nature conservation.

Inter-Institutional Coordination and Joint Project Implementation

We work in coordination with public institutions, local governments, universities, cooperatives, professional bodies, and other civil society organizations; develop joint projects, sign protocols, and implement activities together.
